John Waters installed my furnace a few years ago. They continue to do bi annual clean and checks on the furnace and A/C. The tech arrived promptly and did the work efficiently. I called to confirm the appt the afternoon before it was scheduled as I had taken the day off for the service/other appts. I had originally asked for the last appt of the day. When I called to confirm the appt I asked if the tech would be able to come earlier....his schedule was already booked....no big deal. The next day...I got a call about an hour before the scheduled time. John Abell was on his way. This was great as I got an extra hour of free time on my precious day off. John was friendly, professional, and efficient. I will continue to use them.
