I found the used car I was interested in on the web. I was ably assisted by Jerry Perberg, the Salesman who was assigned to assist me. He brought out the car I was interested in, showed me the features and had me give the car a test drive. I was very impressed with the drive and the car's handling. It was quiet and responsive as well as comfortable. more

I told T J Burke that I needed three items fixed. He noted items and had them checked. Each item: heat shield, knocking in steering column, and fuel system serviced, were all repaired in a timely manner to my satisfaction. Mr. Burke told me approximately how much time the repair would take, and offered a loaned car for me to wait at home, until the repair was completed. more

Nice & Pleasant 9/7/2010

Mac is always very nice and pleasant & takes his time to listen to whatever the problem might be. He goes out of his way to make sure the customer (me) is satisfied. It's worth going to Jennings vs. anywhere else for having my Buick serviced. I highly recomment Jennings. And, whenever possible, I ask for Mac when making my appointment. This is the best advertisement around-simple word of mouth from a very happy customer! more

Special mention needs to be made of Dave Granquist & Ken Ward in the service dept. - both were thorough, polite and consummately professional. Ken had my car checked for an electrical problem (and they even sneaked me in on a same-day call for an appointment - on a Saturday, no less!), and they replaced the battery free of charge under warranty. He also had them do an additional diagnostic to see if there was anything that caused the battery to drain prematurely (there wasn't). Dave followed up a simple oil change / tuneup with a call to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I know all of the dealers are angling for you to give them a good review in the Chevy followup rating mailer, but these guys are top notch. more

they told me about the extended warranties that I could buy on the day I picked up my car, and there really wasn't any pressure to buy them as soon as they saw I wasn't interested. This was really a great NO PRESSURE sales experience and if I buy another Chevy, I will definitely buy from this dealership again. They are honest people and they bend over backwards to make their potential customers happy. They are rated A+ with the BBB and it really shows. more

Whenever I have a problem or have a question, I know I can call on Ken in the Service Department to handle it for me. He sets up an appointment and is always right there when I bring the car in.He is friendly, courteous, and always explains everything thoroughly to me. I trust him with what he tells me, and that means alot to me. more

From the salesperson through to the Finance department they were wonderful. I had gone to 2 other dealerships trying to get a car loan and Jennings made it happen. They made me feel respected and valued. There are no words to describe how great an experience they made this for me and I drove out in my new 2010 car with payments that they made sure would work for me. I intend to recommend them to all my friends and I will to them for all the service on my car. more

I always come here for service. The service department is reasonably-priced and they wash your car every time you come in! You also can't beat $20 oil changes. They also have a club that a percentage of each purchase goes onto and you can apply the money to your next appointment. more

I do a lot of research online before buying and I knew what I wanted before I walked in the door. I knew how the ordering process would work and I knew exactly how much I should pay. more

I have been buying parts from you guys since 1998. I with in a year ago had service on my 06 monte carlo SS. It was a Service engine soon light that came on due to the solenoid being bad on the car. I came in late John in service took good care of me and got it fixed all with in the same night. I don't live in the area actually and getting it done in the same night helped a great deal. He kept in touch and we came back out and picked the car back up. Everything was done and the car was even washed for me. more

Great service at this location! We have used it for my husband's job and they're always courteous, and the service is done right the first time. I would highly reccommend the staff and quality. I expect you'd receive the same service for car buying, but have not tried it. more

Unethical Business Practices 7/27/2009

DON'T BUY A CAR FROM THEM!!!! The most unethical, unprofessional business I've ever dealt with. We had rude interactions with people from sales and management, all the way up to the GM and the owner! Both the GM and the owner have hung up on us. We bought a van, with a warranty and when we took the van in for repair they told us we didn't have a warranty. After months, the owner finally agreed to help us pay for a warranty. However, because of the pre-existing condition we still couldn't get the AC fixed. On top of it all, the owner suggested we wait a few months and try to get it fixed under the new warranty. We were very uncomfortable with the unethical suggestion and therefore will have to pay for the repairs out of our pocket. Beware!!! They will say anything to get the sale or get you to do what they want. Another dealership told us that they were not surprised and that they were aware of their ""shady deals"" from Jennings. DON'T BUY A CAR FROM THEM!!!! Cons: Unprofessional, Untrustworthy more

These guys are great! They treat you like a cutomer should be treated. Each and every one of the people working at Jennings Chevrolet are very polite and will make you feel comfortable. They will go out of their way to get you the best deal possible, tailor everything to your budget without you having to bargain with prices back and forth and so on. They will not push you into something you don't want to do, but will listen to- and meet your needs.
