Went in to buy a mid size car. I left to look at other cars at other dealers and found that Jenning's were the best in pricing and they treated you very nice, friendly and like family. I worked with Abu Badar while purchasing a used Jeep at Jennings Chevrolet. At first I was less than impressed. The first time I looked at the vehicle, it was dirty on the inside, had a tear in the seat and didn't start. When I came back late on a Saturday, Abu had the vehicle detailed and it looked terrific. Abu and his sales manager stayed late to negotiate a deal which was complete about a half hour after closing time. The transaction took a sour note on Sunday, when the Jeep didn't start. It was determined the battery was bad and needed to be replaced. Monday I called Abu and told him what happened. He immediately apologized and told me to send him the bill. There was no argument or run-around with him and he did what was justified. As part of the sales terms, I returned later in the week to have the leather fixed at no charge. While Abu was busy with another customer, he made a point to come talk to me, and apologize again for the battery while I waited for the repair. I was very satisfied how Abu handled everything and the leather turned out terrific like he promised. There were many ways this situation could have been handled and I think Abu handled it in the best possible way for his customer. While I wasn't pleased I had to go through all of this, I am happy that everything turned out well and I am still satisfied. more

Steve turned out to be an excellent representative of the firm, since we had not selected a specific brand of car and had originally planned to use the offer as a bargaining chip with other dealers. Steve was fair, helpful and persuasive, and we left as proud owners of a new Malibu. Because we had issues with seat height and such, he helped us select the best model for our needs. The experience was painless and Steve, as well as the Costco connection, made it worth our while. more

I came to Jennings to buy a used VW. Jerry Perberg knows his product, listens well, and provides knowledgeable answers. Thie makes it much easier to close a deal without being pushy. The dealership does not bait you with a price and then try to pad it with extras you would think are already included. They follow through with what is promised and as a salesman that is much appreciated. I've needed to call Jerry a couple times after bringing the car home and he is always available and has the information I needed. He'll take good care of you, too. more

Steve Tinkler was very helpful and went out his way to smooth the buying process. Steve had me test drive a number of cars to help me make up my mind on which model would satisfy me. Then Steve worked to hard to optimize the time to complete the sales process. After the sale he sat in the car with me to teach and familiarize me with different functions so I would derive more benefits of different aspects of my new car. Later a couple of days late Steve proved what kind of salesman he is. I missed how to remotely start my auto. Steve informed me about how long I had to activate the engine remotely and how to turn it off. Steve stayed on the phone with me through a test procedure. He went the extra mile. I would recommend Steve since he cares about his clients and stops to take time to help them after the sale. more

I found a used Passat on-line at sent an email to say I was interested. I was traveling during the week and had little time when I finally made it there. The staff greeted me and they were very helpful. Jerry showed exactly what I was interested in and he moved quickly, being conscious of my time. The price was very reasonable and straight forward....no ""extra"" charges as I found in other dealerships. Jerry completed the paperwork efficiently and I was on my way.
