Our experience buying a new car was enjoyable 5/19/2011

I know it may be hard to believe, but our experience buying a new car was enjoyable. Alan was opened minded to what we were interested in, and never pushed us on any options or even on the sale. Sales manager (Andy) was very respectful and helped guide us through this major investment (a TERRIFIC person). Andrew made sure that everything was perfect through this transaction. These gentlemen were knowledgable; honest; respectful, and never at any time did they push a sale on us. That's what sold us on Jennings Chevrolet. Found out that this was Alans' first sale with the dealership and would like to congratulate him on being a perfect gentleman and would like to wish him GOOD LUCK with his career at Jennings' !!!!!!! more

I highly recommed 5/18/2011

I can honestly say that when i first walked into the dealership I was very apprehensive. Anytime you are looking to make a large purchase you have to be on your ""A game"" or you can easily get sucked into the BS. In walking into the dealership my husband and I were immediatley greeted at the door by Alan Stern, Alan was very knowlegeable about the car we wanted and was able to provide us facts on the purchase we were considering. He was very personable and not at all pretenious. We enjoyed his laid back attitude and he made us very comfortable. We later met with Robert DiCicco, who went WAY above his duty by coming in on his day off to help us with our financing and offered us a better solution to the problem we had. That to me shows extreme dedication when you take the time (on your day off) to help a customer. Chris Hallenberg was another sales person that assisted us (as Alan was new) and he was also very knowledgeable, personable and kind. I didn't get the feeling that we were being ""tricked"" into believing this is how they act on a day-to-day basis but I truly believe the reason they have been so successful is because of the attitude and exceptional customer service that they provide. It's very rare that you met a group of people who are willing to go above and beyond to make sure that you are happy and content with your purchase. I even received a follow-up call to see how I was enjoying my new purchase!! I will recommed this dealership to all my family and friends! more

This is the 2nd Vehicle that I have leased through Jennings Chevrolet. Each time it was most pleasurable to deal with Debbie Ress .She showed us all our options and made sure that we had the vehicle of our choice . We had fun interacting with both Debbie and John the leasing manager, great sense of humor! She is always checking in with us to make sure everything is running smoothly and to say hello . Even my kids ask how the car lady is doing .Great dealership great people. more

Pleasant experience 5/11/2011

The entire process was smooth, from the initial browsing to the final sale. They even did a dealer trade in order to get us the exact car we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. Although the salesman Steve Tinkler was enthusiastic and knowledgeable, he was not pushy like many other salespeople we dealt with at other dealerships. The dealership and their staff seem invested in doing whatever they can to ensure that the car-buying experience is as pleasant as possible. more

Outstanding 5/6/2011

Dealer prep good, but some things not ready. Undercoating and protection package, which was provided by an outside vendor (The Protector), had a piece of plastic stuck to undercarriage, which had a good deal of the undercoating material on the plastic-a real mess! Gave a sloppy impression of vendor. Nikki Adams, our sales person was outstanding, very attentive and responsive. more

This dealership really took away the stress of buying a car. Adel was a no nonsense salesman. He didn't force me to play the numbers game that other dealerships have done in the past. He was a straight shooter and I will definitely recommend him and the dealership to everyone I know. more

Car looks good 4/6/2011

My wife and I saw the car we bought on line. It was what we were looking for and was offered at a good price. We traded in our old 1997 Chevy and no one made fun of it. After all, it served us well for 14 years. We hope the new Chevy is well made also. The V-6 Carmaro we bought is a peppy car with good gas mileage. On the road we average nearly 30 miles per gallon. I see the zero to 60 is 5.9 seconds! After the car is broken in at 1,500 miles, we get to check the performance. The black wheels look good with the black paint and interior. more

No pressure or back and forth play 4/1/2011

I have been to many dealerships in the chicagoland area over the years including the days prior to making my purchase at your store. I must admit it was one of the best car buying experiences I've had. (And i have told people so). From the salesman to your floor manager i was extremely satisfied.
