I've had my 2007 Malibu here a couple of times, and aside from my 1st time here (which is why I'm knocking off 1 star), I have had impeccable service. They are not the fastest place around, but I ascribe that to the fact that they're pretty damned busy.\r

Special mention needs to be made of Dave Granquist & Ken Ward in the service dept. - both were thorough, polite and consummately professional. Ken had my car checked for an electrical problem (and they even sneaked me in on a same-day call for an appointment - on a Saturday, no less!), and they replaced the battery free of charge under warranty. He also had them do an additional diagnostic to see if there was anything that caused the battery to drain prematurely (there wasn't). Dave followed up a simple oil change / tuneup with a call to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I know all of the dealers are angling for you to give them a good review in the Chevy followup rating mailer, but these guys are top notch.\r

My only regret is that I didn't buy my car here in the first place.
