Excellent Service 3/19/2016

Called with a problem with my furnace, they were there within the hour and fixed the problem within another hour. You can not ask for better than that. I would highly recommend Jameson electric to anyone. Thanks for your expert help. more

These guys are the best! 3/16/2016

The first tech came out on a Friday night to assess our problem. Once he had a handle on it, he contacted his office, ordered the parts and was back early the next morning with the parts and another tech. Both guys put paper covers on their shoes before coming in to our house, were very polite and once they had the new circuits installed, they stayed on to do extensive testing and only left after they were satisfied. They also installed new fire alarms in all of the bedrooms. They have several package deals that include labor to choose from, all reasonably priced, no extra charges for weekend services. I highly recommend them! more

From the time the appointment was made, everything was handles in a most professional way; our technician,Dave was terrific! (I hated having to sign the pad with my finger---there's got to be a better way.) I will definitely recommend you to friends, and will call you for any future work that we need. A big thank you! more

The two young men who showed up to my home, on a VERY snowy day, were very prompt and courteous. When I showed them what needed to be done the lead electrician reviewed his pricing catalog and gave me a price almost twice as much as expected. It's been a long time since I've had work done like so I don't know pricing....yours or otherwise. While I am happy with service performed, I will look at other Electrical Services as there is not a good feeling when you feel like you just got robbed. I am no saying that that was your intent, but it just feels that way. I have plans for more electrical work but I am afraid that Jameson/Wire Electric won't be on my call list. The HVac people to go too 3/15/2016

Had a furnace and air conditioning replaced they were clean fast and professional. They explained how my new system worked and also followed up with me to make sure that everything was working fine and to see if I was completely satisfied with the work and the equipment. Great company. more

Great resolution 3/15/2016

Called on a Sunday for a non emergency call on the Monday. Scheduler recalled that someone would be with us earlier than originally planned on Monday. Tech arrived on time and listened to the problem, made appropriate tests and identified the problem. Made changes to the breaker box so that the whole house safely had power and then called the power company to address the "street" problem. That was resolved directly, because initially correctly identified. The tech will and plans return to complete the job to reverse the temporary (safe and secure) patch. Overall just a great Job. This is my second use of this company who have intelligent techs who can diagnose. Similar cannot be said of other companies who on a previous occasion had left us high and dry - but did still produce an invoice. more
