Called on a Sunday for a non emergency call on the Monday. Scheduler recalled that someone would be with us earlier than originally planned on Monday. Tech arrived on time and listened to the problem, made appropriate tests and identified the problem. Made changes to the breaker box so that the whole house safely had power and then called the power company to address the "street" problem.
That was resolved directly, because initially correctly identified. The tech will and plans return to complete the job to reverse the temporary (safe and secure) patch.
Overall just a great Job. This is my second use of this company who have intelligent techs who can diagnose. Similar cannot be said of other companies who on a previous occasion had left us high and dry - but did still produce an invoice.
