Had an electrical issue that National Grid insisted was our problem. Called Jameson on a Friday Evening and got a response and service call within an hour or so. The tech that responded diagnosed the problem immediately back to National Grid. NG refused to return to the site. The next day I called NG again and they responded and fixed their problem on their pole. I actually received a follow up call from the tech at Jameson to make sure the problem was resolved. more
