Could not have picked a better hotel to stay in. They make you feel right at home and are very welcoming. Amazing location right by the bay and walking distance to south beach. I will be coming back. more

Intercontinental Miami has to be the most amazing, beautiful hotel I have ever seen, The staff is friendly and helpful, amazing location right on the bay and a skip from the lightrail. The view is to die for. Could not have asked for a better place to stay in Miami. a MUST STAY PLACE. Thanks for the amazing experience. more

mostly impressed 11/14/2012

After an initial mixup with my room, I was pleased with the way it was handled, very personal and pretty efficient. The rest of the staff was helpful and accommodating. In particular, the catering staff did an excellent job and was very impressive in handling large groups. more

Fantastic stay 8/31/2012

I would like to say how fantastic the intercontinental downtown Miami has been. After reading some bad reviews on trip advisor we found out they were all unfounded !!! The hotel,room and location could not be better. Now to the staff ,I am 50 years old this month and have traveled all over the world and stayed in many good hotels,but not one of them can compete with the politeness ,friendliness and willing to help with any type of question.the manger should be a very proud and happy man to have such a fantastic team working with him..many thanks for a fantastic stay in your hotel..I will be writing a correct review on trip advisor to the real story..Yours sincerely Matthew Grimwood more
