Great Hotel 3/15/2012

Not Only it looks good from outside, it is also great form inside. nice service in both parking and room cleaning. the lobby is so relaxing and wonderful. Miami was a great and fun experience with this hotel.my only concern was with WIFi, it was not free at the rooms. but that gave me a chance to go away from Facebook and twitter, and enjoying the city more. more

Joey is an amazing bartender ! She always is smiling and has great customer service. Her champagne mojitos are the best drinks in Miami! We have been coming here for years and she never disappoints! We love Joey!!! more

home sweet home 3/13/2012

I travel extensively between Cayman, Argentina, Canada and Mexico, but live in Atlanta Georgia with my wife and nine year old daughter. Being away from home is very hard on me, but staying at the intercontinental hotel makes everything seem wonderful. I truly consider this hotel my home away from home and I have Joey and the rest of the staff to thank for that. Thank you! more

Different intercontinental standards 3/11/2012

I really liked my stay at intercontinental miami. I was kind of skeptic at first, because I stayed for a week at the intercontinental on Sydney and both the service and the infrastructure were way worse than the Miami one.In Miami I particularly liked the room, the bathroom and the sofa by the window in the room, where the view was just umbeluavable... more

my 50th at intercontinental 3/9/2012

club house review of staff 3/9/2012

I have had great experience on my stay here at the hotel. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. One person in particular Kathleen Fojo has been excellent in her hospitality. She mad my stay comfortable and relaxing. She catered to my every need while I enjoyed the club room area. The club house is also very clean and organized. Will enjoy coming back again in my next stay at the hotel. more
