exceptional customer service 3/31/2012

Joey is an amazing lady with a love for service, along with her colleague josh, they served a bar 4 deep and kept smiling the entire time with no stress showing! They were under the pump! Lewis did his very best to help where he could and should be Acknowledged for his efforts. Awesome effort, customer service to inspire. Well done and thank you for making us still feel special among all the chaos, we will be back just to see you!!!! more

I just recently started coming to the intercontinental Miami. As a Royal Ambassador who stays in many intercontinental properties worldwide, including New York The Barclay, San Francisco, Vienna, Berlin, Budapest, Prague, and many more, I must admit that Miami is fast becoming one of my and my wife's favorites. Due in no small part to your exceptional concierge and Indigo Bar staff. Joey is exceptional and always makes us feel special as if we were sitting at home in our own living room! Her ever present smile and positive attitude are infectious and stimulating, even after a tough day. Keep up the great work! more
