Good afternoon,I arrived in Miami at the Intercontinental an hour ago and I must compliment your staff on greeting me with a sincerity that I have not received in quite some time from hotel staff. I have traveled to other highend hotels in Los Angeles and Las Vegas in the past month and the welcoming I received from three individuals within the first 10 minutes made my checking in the best ever.
