Rita was simply the best massage therapist I have ever been to. She was so strong and listened well to my massage needs. If I had my own spa in Grand Cayman I would have offered her a job! Amazing service! more

Joey is the best! Not only are her drinks delicious, but she knows to make an out of towner feel at home at her bar. Her excitement and passion for creating innovative new drinks is contagious. best hotel in downtown Miami 5/8/2012

From the moment you check in to the second you check out is a great experience. Staff is super friendly and very professional! The rooms are very clean and have nice touches! Overall has been best place I've stayed at in downtown. Would recommend to anyone and will be staying here again soon! more
