I would like to say how fantastic the intercontinental downtown Miami has been. After reading some bad reviews on trip advisor we found out they were all unfounded !!! The hotel,room and location could not be better. Now to the staff ,I am 50 years old this month and have traveled all over the world and stayed in many good hotels,but not one of them can compete with the politeness ,friendliness and willing to help with any type of question.the manger should be a very proud and happy man to have such a fantastic team working with him..many thanks for a fantastic stay in your hotel..I will be writing a correct review on trip advisor to the real story..Yours sincerely Matthew Grimwood
