2013 QX56 Purchase 11/4/2013

Painless purchase overall. Our floor salesman, William Brooks, let us take the QX56 around town and showed us the many of the cars features without putting any pressure on us. We worked most of the price negotiation with the Ecommerce sales manager, David Marker, who was very professional and courteous and then worked the trade-in sale thru Scott who gave us exactly what we were looking to get for our car. We would give 5 stars but due to the fact that they didn't have the owners manual at the time of purchase (we still havent rec'd it) and we had to come back for a demonstration because they didn't have anyone there who knew the vehicle well enough to answer all of our questions in detail. We also noticed a few door dings in the car the next day but we wrote that off as we got a great deal on our trade in. We will definitely keep this dealership in mind for the next purchase. more

My Buyer's Experience 11/3/2013

Overall buying experience was great. Staff made it happen for me. All transactions were handled professionally and I felt no "pressure" from any staff member regarding my choice of vehicle; the price of the vehicle; my trade in; or the financing options. I am a little disappointed that I have not received a call from the Service Dept regarding a minor repair to the windshield that was discovered after I agreed to purchase the vehicle "as is". This is after purchasing the "bumper to bumper" protection with the vehicle. more

The People at Infiniti. 11/2/2013

I was a bit hesitate at my first service visit without my usual service tech. Carrie Slaughter. Gary is my new contact and he was very accommodating. In the past because of my employment, I was accustomed to being provided with a loaner vehicle. As I had the time to wait, since no loaner was available to continue my errands for the day. I checked in at 8a; out by 9a. Worked out well. more
