Perhaps the best word vs service is the phrase "we try harder, but not hard enough". I had a difficult service situation due to poor quality of the materials in the FX35 that I had. The team at Fife tried to guide me in the process and resolve the issue but struggled with basic communications. Emails ignored, phone calls not returned, and it communication that was received implied actions that were not being done. In getting the overall location service manager involved and the regional management involved, they committed and resolved the problem in an agreeable fashion but 2 months of bad communication was not needed. To top it off, when the work was finally done, an additional service request was also scheduled. When I was called to pick up the car, I inquired what they had found on the additional request and they had not even looked at it though was quoted for it....unbelievable but the behavior was consistent with what I had encountered already here. Would not do business here again unless absolutely required.
