I was a bit hesitate at my first service visit without my usual service tech.
Carrie Slaughter. Gary is my new contact and he was very accommodating. In the past because of my employment, I was accustomed to being provided with a loaner vehicle. As I had the time to wait, since no loaner was available to continue my errands for the day. I checked in at 8a; out by 9a. Worked out well.
