I was very impressed with the level of service from the dealership. They took care of me the minute I walked in the door. I was keeped up to date through out the process of my car being worked on. Everything was explained to me about what was done and what needed to be done in the future. No guess work. What a concept. The detail guys really took care of the car and made it shine. Staff is very eager to help 11/5/2013

The people that helped me where super nice and helpful. Nathan and Gary. Must have been a misunderstanding but I went in to have the car detailed because when I bought it it hadn't been. There was still the plastic protective wraping in a few places and a spot that needed to be buffed out on the exterior. As I arrived to pick up the car it was obvious that all that had been done was the wipers were replaced (I had made mention they were bad) and they checked the balance of my tires which I also asked them to check. However the spot on the outside of the car hadn't been tended to. Gary made sure to have that done while I waited. Coming from Kirkland to Fife, Monday to drop off and Tue to pick up, isn't a pleasant drive so I was a little upset that really what I had dropped the car off for hadn't been done. When I picked up the car I really had expected a fully detailed car inside and out. Maybe I just didn't understand what was really going to be done. No hard feelings. Bonnie more

Quick & efficient service 11/4/2013

There was a weird sound in my Infinity M so I called to have it looked at. Not only did they get me in immediately, they checked out the problem, checked to make sure my insurance would cover it, changed the oil for me and washed the car. All while I sat in a beautiful warm room with TV, latte' & cappuccino machine and warm cookies. Before no time I was headed home with everything done in a timely manner. Thanks Infinity of Fife! more
