Knowledge of each ammenties in varies vehicles 11/27/2013

I wasn't sure which vehicle I wanted to purchase when I came to shop at Infiniti, we were welcomed and treated with a warm friendly hello, offered cookies and beverages. Jack showed me the cars I was interested in and we test drove each of them, he answered all of my concerns and questions with a makes sense to "me" answer. No pressure to purchase just patience as I choose which one to buy. Jack walked me thru everything about my QX80, I needed to leave for other appointments, he welcomed me back anytime to further go over any needs I may come across. I LOVE my new car. more

Best Service Ever!!!!!! 11/26/2013

I brought my car in to receive repair on brakes. My service rep name was Nathan and he was excellent!!!!! He made sure that the proper work was being done and was helpful in identifying the most important work first. He was extremely patient with me because I didn't have all the necessary paperwork available at the time to get a loaner car. Once I did get the information he needed, he showed me the loan and explained all the details in using a loaner vehicle. Once the work was done on my car, Nathan called and said I can come pick up my car. Nathan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during this process. I will always bring my car back to this location for service and Nathan will be the man I set my visits up with. I'm also in the market for purchasing a car and the excellent customer service that Nathan provided will be one of the reasons I will look at Infiniti of Tacoma (Fife) as a potential purchase location! Thanks a million Nathan!!!!!!!!! more

We were cosidering a couple different brands, after narrowing down what we liked we asked each dealer for the lowest out the door price they could offer and this dealership gave us an honest competitive price without the back and forth other dealerships typiclly do. more

The main reason they won me over was they actually game me a price quote through e-mail as requested. I was able to research the quote and determined it was a fair price. No lure and haggle games built into the test drive. No 4 square games. more
