5th Vehicle Purchased 10/20/2013

I recently purchased my 5th vehicle from Infiniti of Fife. I have to honestly say this company excels at what they do. They strive at making sure the customer needs are first. I have never once felt pressure to purchase a vehicle. I am a huge advocate of customer service and they have hit the nail on the head. I'm very pleased with the service and sales staff here. They are professional and helpful. You are treated like a good family member at infiniti of Tacoma at Fife. Warranty work was done timely and my car came backto me cleaner than When I dropped it off. I always like talking to the sales team too. The only reason I did not give it five stars this service, I asked if they could change the bark alert that lets you know you are 2 blocks from home to a tone of some kind. That did not happen. But otherwise service was superior. more

Efficient and Effective 10/14/2013

My recent car check-up at Infinity of Tacoma at Fife was both efficient and effective in that they completed the work quickly, but took the time to cover all the bases and even ended with a carwash and vacuum! I waited in their pleasant reception area and enjoyed a complimentary coffee and cookie, finished up some personal work on my computer and, after they finished, got on my way, relaxed and sure that all is well with my car! more

Amber was great! She went the extra mile to check the warranty coverage and worked hard with the technicians to diagnose my car's problem and find a solution. They even found and corrected some problems I didn't know about. Excellent service all around. more

Good service, great people. Had to take the car back a second time when repairing rather than replacing, as we originally requested, a scratched body part didn't work. But when it didn't work, they agreed and replaced the part. more
