Review content:
The people that helped me where super nice and helpful. Nathan and Gary. Must have been a misunderstanding but I went in to have the car detailed because when I bought it it hadn't been. There was still the plastic protective wraping in a few places and a spot that needed to be buffed out on the exterior. As I arrived to pick up the car it was obvious that all that had been done was the wipers were replaced (I had made mention they were bad) and they checked the balance of my tires which I also asked them to check. However the spot on the outside of the car hadn't been tended to. Gary made sure to have that done while I waited. Coming from Kirkland to Fife, Monday to drop off and Tue to pick up, isn't a pleasant drive so I was a little upset that really what I had dropped the car off for hadn't been done. When I picked up the car I really had expected a fully detailed car inside and out. Maybe I just didn't understand what was really going to be done. No hard feelings. Bonnie
