I came to House of Imports to browse around. I came in knowing nothing of this dealer. Just wanting simple information on a specific vehicle. They gave me all the information I could ever need, made sure that I had all my questions answered. I later came in with my girlfriend to let her see what I am interested in and of course, her imput. She was very relieved to know that the dealership we were going to possibly make a deal with in the near future was nice understanding and most import upfront and honest. I have not purchased yet, however I referred to google, yelp, and my yahoo acct. to read reviews they don't have many and the few they do are not to great. So I figured I would put in the little bit of good I have came across since dealing with House Of Imports. I will be sure to see them if I decided to go this direction. Thanks again more

Everyone wants and deserves the best customer service. Jack Dayeh provided me with excellent, first-class customer service! He's one of the service advisers here. Ask for Jack Dayeh because when I asked for him they sent out another service advisor named JAG...wrong guy! I don't write online reviews but felt compelled to bring to your attention the outstanding job Jack Dayeh did when I recently brought my Mercedes Benz in for service at House of Imports. When I noticed various issues and unfamiliar sounds with my car within only 2 weeks of purchase I became very concerned and immediately called House of Imports since I purchased my car here. I have driven BMWs for 12 years and this is my first Mercedes so I didn't know what to expect when I noticed noises from the engine, screeching from the brakes and crackling sounds coming from my back speaker. Jack Dayeh promptly returned my phone call and meticulously noted every concern and question I had about my car so he could be fully prepared when I brought the car in. Jack assured me that the service technicians would address and investigate each of my concerns. Jack's poise, professionalism and assurance put me at instant ease on the phone and upon my arrival to the service department. As soon as a full diagnostic of my car was completed by the technician Jack called me with a detailed report of the issues discovered and notified me that each problem was now fixed. I discovered that Jack was once a service technician there and I believe that his technician experience proved to be beneficial to me as a customer because he clearly explained with authority exactly what the issues were and how they were remedied. Unfortunately, I read negative reviews online about the House of Imports' service department before deciding to bring my car there. Truthfully, I would have preferred to take my car to the closer Beverly Hills Mercedes service department because I understand they provide impeccable customer service at their state of the art facilities. Since I purchased my Mercedes within a few weeks from House of Imports I knew my car had to come back there to see what the problems were. I was pleasantly surprised to find the high level of care and personal attention Jack Dayeh provided me. He was first-class from our first phone call to when I picked my car up. In fact, Jack even followed -up with me a week later by calling to make sure I was still completely satisfied with the work done. The reason Jack Dayeh is an extremely valuable asset to a place like House of Imports is because he works harder and smarter to go above and beyond what the customer expects, even a Mercedes Benz customer. He didn't take anything for granted and he made me feel like my concerns were the most important concerns at all of House of Imports. This is the type of attention, high level of service and care that guarantees loyal customers. Jack is one of the many reasons I will continue to drive a Mercedes-Benz for years to come. I sincerely appreciate his excellent customer care to the point that I'm writing my first online review ever. I would encourage you to ask for Jack Dayeh when you make a service appointment because you'll be treated like an A-list movie star if you're lucky enough to get Jack as your service advisor. And don't let them confuse you and give you the guy named Jag (wrong guy!) when you call or drive in. Word travels really fast when you have someone like Jack Dayeh on a service department team so grab him if you can. more

Matt Lerop (Service Advisor) was great in finding all the issues with my 2002 C230k, when I took it in for oil change. My car still have one month left on the Mercedes extended warantee, therefore, I didn't have to pay anthing for fixing the gas pan leak and etc...... I was afraid I only have one month left on my exended warrantee,and Memo Leon (Finance Manager) helped me with puchasing a Total Care from Easy Care Service Contract company for the peace of mind, at a great savings. House of Imports is the best auto dealership in Southern California. Sam Hwang and his sales teams deserve 5 stars! They are very knowledgeable in what they do. They have great price and customer service is exceptional. The other thing that impressed me the most was: His team members personally delivered my floor mats and other accessories to my office. Just few days after I got my new car, I had a question about some parts in my car; Sam actually send out his team members to my house and make sure I am okay with my new car. Best service ever! My dad has been coming to House of Imports before I was even born, and since we've purchased our last 10+ Benz's from Sam, he ALWAYS hooks us up big-time. Customer service here is excellent - I'm always greeted promptly, offered water/tea/coffee, and whatever the reason I'm in for, I'm taken care of right away. When I came in for a new car, Sam even said he'd take care of all the paperwork before I came in to save me the hours and hours of busywork. Also, need I mention he's the nation's top seller of Benz's, selling the highest volume in cars several years in a row??? You can always negotiate with Sam - whether it's getting a better price, warranty, or having the first service waived. I would never go elsewhere to buy another car again! more

For Instance I got my 4 wheel alignment done for $69.99. Matt is great on warranty work...he'll always get you the most out of your warranty. I love the service...no longer hunting down my advisor to get status on my car. I get a timely call and a timely return if I do call. Its also nice to have someone who is knowledgeable about the car as I am. more

One of the best Mercedes dealerships in So. Cali!!! I had a great experience with the sales person (Violet Nalbadian), she was courteous, honest, straight forward, and very very helpful. After buying my '02 used CKL 320 Cabriolet, I set out to find a local and credible dealership and my first stop was House of Imports. My first impresssion was "this place is more like a fine resort than a car dealership" and in fairness I was treated like a guest from start to finish. Quite pleased with the staff, their service and their pricing. Especially appreciated the courtesy check up. Not 100% sure the fuel and air filters needed changing but the price was close enough to reasonable and now I know they have been replaced relative to future service. Their "A" and "B" plan rates seemed fair as well and the company literature was very impressive and complete. more

This review is solely for the salesman, Sam. My parents have either leased/trade in/purchase a Mercedes-Benz through Sam over the past 12 years. He gives the best price in town. I always helped dad with the research and find out the wholesale price for the cars he has in mind, and Sam always beats any other car dealership in Orange County and L.A. We have never dealt with his team of 3 assistants before, so I can't say much about them. But he has been the No. 1 salesman for many years in the nation for Mercedes, that must meant something. His service is excellent, even when I brought my mom's car in for service, and problems arise, he will make things work out the way I wanted it. Their auto shop is another story, that's why we don't bring our cars there for service anymore. We have recommended many people to Sam, whether they end up purchasing a car or not, they raved about his superb service. Some of my dad's referrals even sent my dad gifts because they saved a bundle on the car. So if you are ever interested in checking out a German automobile, look for Sam. more

This is a volume dealer, all they do (and they do best) is to move cars. That's why they are willing to negotiate. If you are well prepared, patient and bargain hard enough, you'll land a real good deal. I went there at the end of September and asked for previous year's model - and I got $2,500 off invoice (not MSRP). more

I've taken my 8 year old Mercedes to their service dept. few times in the last couple of years, and so far, my experiences have been great with the every visit. Especially, my service advisor, Mathew, has been very helpful in keeping my repair cost down as low as possible every time. I will continue to use their service dept as long as I own my current car. more

Brought my CLS to House of Imports after the horrible experiences @ Fletcher. Never any issues after getting the car back. Great service and always willing to help take care of any issues. Cost is very competitive with all local dealers for standard service. Willing to price match other dealers. Brake job on the ML500 was $1600 at Fletcher, Steven brought it down to $1100. =D more

first of all the receptionist never greeted me, then they say your vehicle will be ready when its not. the last two occasions i had been there, there was different staff. i will never take my car there for bodywork again. oh and by the way it smells like a smoking bar in there. i was there in oct of 08 and i had a totally positive experience. now its terrible. new incompetent staff! House of imports is the MOST horrible dealership to work with. Their internet sales people are so rude and nasty. You give them your number for a quote, instead of giving you an honest quote, they will harrase the hell out of you and your family member. If they do give you a quote over the e-mail or fax, they just want to get you in. Once you are in, they will change all the terms and will never honor their promise whatsoever. Lying, cheating thieves. No one should do business with them. more
