Everyone wants and deserves the best customer service. Jack Dayeh provided me with excellent, first-class customer service! He's one of the service advisers here. Ask for Jack Dayeh because when I asked for him they sent out another service advisor named JAG...wrong guy!
I don't write online reviews but felt compelled to bring to your attention the outstanding job Jack Dayeh did when I recently brought my Mercedes Benz in for service at House of Imports. When I noticed various issues and unfamiliar sounds with my car within only 2 weeks of purchase I became very concerned and immediately called House of Imports since I purchased my car here. I have driven BMWs for 12 years and this is my first Mercedes so I didn't know what to expect when I noticed noises from the engine, screeching from the brakes and crackling sounds coming from my back speaker. Jack Dayeh promptly returned my phone call and meticulously noted every concern and question I had about my car so he could be fully prepared when I brought the car in. Jack assured me that the service technicians would address and investigate each of my concerns.
Jack's poise, professionalism and assurance put me at instant ease on the phone and upon my arrival to the service department. As soon as a full diagnostic of my car was completed by the technician Jack called me with a detailed report of the issues discovered and notified me that each problem was now fixed. I discovered that Jack was once a service technician there and I believe that his technician experience proved to be beneficial to me as a customer because he clearly explained with authority exactly what the issues were and how they were remedied.
Unfortunately, I read negative reviews online about the House of Imports' service department before deciding to bring my car there. Truthfully, I would have preferred to take my car to the closer Beverly Hills Mercedes service department because I understand they provide impeccable customer service at their state of the art facilities. Since I purchased my Mercedes within a few weeks from House of Imports I knew my car had to come back there to see what the problems were. I was pleasantly surprised to find the high level of care and personal attention Jack Dayeh provided me. He was first-class from our first phone call to when I picked my car up. In fact, Jack even followed -up with me a week later by calling to make sure I was still completely satisfied with the work done.
The reason Jack Dayeh is an extremely valuable asset to a place like House of Imports is because he works harder and smarter to go above and beyond what the customer expects, even a Mercedes Benz customer. He didn't take anything for granted and he made me feel like my concerns were the most important concerns at all of House of Imports. This is the type of attention, high level of service and care that guarantees loyal customers. Jack is one of the many reasons I will continue to drive a Mercedes-Benz for years to come. I sincerely appreciate his excellent customer care to the point that I'm writing my first online review ever.
I would encourage you to ask for Jack Dayeh when you make a service appointment because you'll be treated like an A-list movie star if you're lucky enough to get Jack as your service advisor. And don't let them confuse you and give you the guy named Jag (wrong guy!) when you call or drive in. Word travels really fast when you have someone like Jack Dayeh on a service department team so grab him if you can.
