I've taken my 8 year old Mercedes to their service dept. few times in the last couple of years, and so far, my experiences have been great with the every visit. Especially, my service advisor, Mathew, has been very helpful in keeping my repair cost down as low as possible every time. I will continue to use their service dept as long as I own my current car.
