On December 7, your technician, Steve, cleared my residential sewer line. Although there were some complications, and it took longer then Steve expected, we were still only charged $99.00.
Steve was extremely professional and treated our home as if it were his own. He arrived on time, did what he said he would do, and then thoroughly cleaned up. It’s refreshing, especially in this ‘lack of quality age’, to know at least one company still practices the values of great customer service. You are lucky to have hired and retained such a consummate professional as Steve.
