Steve and Jeff were sent to us to install a new sump pump, crock, and drain line as the original drain in our basement stairwell had not been done properly by our builders, causing flooding in our basement during heavy rain. They worked tirelessly during our record-breaking heat, breaking through concrete, installing the new drainage system, then pouring new concrete outside on the landing and in our basement. As our basement is finished living space, we also appreciated their attention to detail in cleaning up all the debris caused by the repair work. They were courteous and professional and we appreciated their hard work under such strenuous conditions.
