they do things right 2/25/2011

On Saturday there was a leak in the exact same spot through the powder room ceiling hole that was there from the first repair.  Ryan did come back to our house, found a new leak and fixed the problem.  He also gave us written estimates to replace the tile and tub or another option to put in a molded unit.  Ryan's level of customer service really impressed me!  I, too, deal with customers all day and I appreciate the time it takes to do things right. more

Since Horizon had replaced my heat pump a few years ago.  I have been very happy with my heat pump and the yearly maintenance performed. more

Last week Matt 2/22/2011

Last week Matt came out to inspect our a/c units and did a great job and was professional, courteous and patient with my questions. I was impressed with him and signed up for the monthly draft for ac and plumbing because I think that you are the best in the business. Matt was a great technician and is a great ambassador for Horizon Services. more

good ductwork 1/27/2011

Today's technician's name was Mark Anderson. He did an outstanding job...including a 'spic n span' cleaning and he eliminated a metallic rattle in the ductwork that has probably been there for the past 15 years. He represented Horizon in an exceptional manner. Thought you'd like to know. more

I had a sewer line installation yesterday. I just wanted to say that all of the personnel I dealt with performed in an exceptional manner! I am delighted with the results of their project! They worked in a very professional manner and accomplished the job in a reasonable amount of time. They took great care to ensure that the worksite was kept orderly, and they did a fantastic job of cleaning up after themselves! I’ve been extremely happy with the work done over the years by Horizon, and this one was the best yet. Thanks for everything!!! more

Great Check Up 11/16/2010

I had a maintenance check up today under a service contract. It is a fairly new HVAC unit – installed in 2008 & I’ve had it serviced a number of times since then. Today’s technician, Mark, did an outstanding job…including a ‘spic n span’ cleaning and he eliminated a metallic rattle in the ductwork that has probably been there for the past 15 years. An amazing service! 11/4/2010

Just wanted to say thanks again to Brian and Todd who installed a new heating/cooling system at my home on Friday July 16th. What incredibly nice, young men!! They worked non-stop in that horrible heat, answered all of my questions, put up with my obnoxious dog, and left the yard and basement neat and tidy. You should be very pleased to have them both as employees. Everything is working fine. more

Very Reliable Service 9/9/2010

When our furnace stopped working in the middle of the night, we called Horizon Services and they had a technician at our house within an hour. He diagnosed the problem, had the parts he needed right on his truck, and our furnace was back to normal within a couple of hours. more
