Very un-eventful. Tech's always arrive on time, use shoe covers, explain services performed. They are very polite & professional. Have never had a bad experience in all the years we have been under contract with Horizon. It was also a very wise investment that has saved us money over the years. Job done right 4/21/2011

Today, my technician was a very nice gentleman by the name of Tim K. He was dressed appropriately, with shoe covers and a smile. While having a pipe leaking in your home is a hassle, Tim was very diligent in diagnosing the problem, and took the time to hear my concerns about the issue. It was obvious Tim knew exactly what he was doing, as he diagnosed the leak within 5 minutes, and I was very thankful that he wasn't trying to do a "quick fix", but wanted to get the job done right. That is truly appreciated. more

Great job 4/4/2011

I just wanted to tell you that "Mike" did a great job at servicing our air conditioner. He promptly fixed the problem of the loose duct and he checked and added freon which makes the air flow of the unit much cooler. We will definitely be more comfortable and the unit will run less now that it is blowing air at the proper temperature. Mike has given us confidence in your company's commitment to doing a good job and at making sure the customer is completely satisfied. We will certainly refer your company to our friends and family and we will use your services the next time we are in need of plumbing and/or heating help.  Thanks and have a great day, more

hardworking guys 3/11/2011

I had some plumbing work done a few weeks ago, and let me say I was very pleased! I live in Oxford, Pa and the service Tech came all the way from Bear De. to do the job. His name is Steve and he was one of the most knowledgeable, courteous, hardworking guys I have seen. He took the time to go get parts and do a task that was unusual and required some thought. He also made sure the area was clean before leaving and that I was totally happy with the job. more
