I just wanted to tell you that "Mike" did a great job at servicing our air conditioner. He promptly fixed the problem of the loose duct and he checked and added freon which makes the air flow of the unit much cooler. We will definitely be more comfortable and the unit will run less now that it is blowing air at the proper temperature. Mike has given us confidence in your company's commitment to doing a good job and at making sure the customer is completely satisfied.
