Hoekstra HVAC re Jeff H. 7/21/2017

I was totally satisfied with Jeff H. and the entire Hoekstra team for installing a new HVAC in my home. Jeff was thorough with making sure the install was completed and all of our questions\concerns were addressed. My HVAC system was ordered and installed the same day which was lifesaver considering the house was smoldering hot. Excellent work Jeff and Thanks to you and the Hoekstra team. more

Great service guy and great company helping Homewood baseball 7/11/2017

Marshall was great. We had an issue with our ac unit for our concession stand and the guys at hoekstra hvac had it working again quickly. They were very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. Excellent Service 7/5/2017

The techs and engineers at Hoekstra were very helpful, honest, and worked quickly to get my A/C back up and running in the Chicago summer heat. Within a total of 24 hours they had diagnosed my problem, gave me an estimate for repair, had an engineer out to the house, measured, gave me an estimate for replacement, and installed my new unit. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and super friendly. I highly recommend their services for your HVAC needs! more

Excellence Service 6/28/2017

Larry was so quick to diagnose the problem. Larry came in fixed the problem and was so courteous throughout. I could not believe when Larry said that it was under warranty. I usually hear how it is not under warranty but Larry reassured me that with Hoekstra it is a 10 year warranty. I had the H VAC System installed 5 years ago!!! It was such a great pleasure dealing with Larry and customer service at Hoekstra. From the moment I called to when Larry was complete with service problem everyone was so polite and courteous. If you are trying to decide who to go with I would definitely contract with Hoekstra Htg & Clg. Their response time was within 2 hours from my call to the house. Thanks again Larry and the Office Administration!!!! more

On an extremely hot evening Larry gave us exceptional service. He arrived at 9:30 PM, and immediately assessed the situation, replaced a part and was extremely professional. When he came our house was unbearable and we were expecting company from Canada the next morning. Because of his competence we were able to get a good night's sleep. Hoekstra is a first class operation and we are now expecting a service man to get an estimate on a new air conditioner. more

Air conditioning service 6/12/2017

Contacted Hoekstra Heating on Monday, June 12, 2017 at 7AM. No one available and left message on voice mail of technician on call. No response. At 8AM, called the DuPage phone contact number and left message on company voice mail. No response. At 8:35 AM, recalled DuPage number and reached an operator, very pleasant and was able to schedule a repair man for a 3 hour window. Rob Z analyzed the problem, found it and repaired it. He was very courteous and respectful, with knowledge of his work and was a very professional representative of your organization. more
