Contacted Hoekstra Heating on Monday, June 12, 2017 at 7AM. No one available and left message on voice mail of technician on call. No response. At 8AM, called the DuPage phone contact number and left message on company voice mail. No response. At 8:35 AM, recalled DuPage number and reached an operator, very pleasant and was able to schedule a repair man for a 3 hour window. Rob Z analyzed the problem, found it and repaired it. He was very courteous and respectful, with knowledge of his work and was a very professional representative of your organization.
