Larry was so quick to diagnose the problem. Larry came in fixed the problem and was so courteous throughout. I could not believe when Larry said that it was under warranty. I usually hear how it is not under warranty but Larry reassured me that with Hoekstra it is a 10 year warranty. I had the H VAC System installed 5 years ago!!! It was such a great pleasure dealing with Larry and customer service at Hoekstra. From the moment I called to when Larry was complete with service problem everyone was so polite and courteous. If you are trying to decide who to go with I would definitely contract with Hoekstra Htg & Clg. Their response time was within 2 hours from my call to the house. Thanks again Larry and the Office Administration!!!!
