Do you realize how difficult it is to trust different types of services when it may be something you are not an expert on, Any customer service industry like, fixing an oven, cable, computer, and car dealership? I called the office highly stressed after a batched job by someone else who said my AC unit had been struck by lightening. I was panicked about how I was going to come up with thousands of dollars I would need! We went 4 days in the summer heat with no AC. I finally called Hixon and expressed all my concerns about what needed to be fixed. Richard, the owner, came out to do the work himself. Not only did he charge me significantly less than anyone else I had researched. He did more and had me pay less. Even topping off the freon in the AC unit. Honestly, this is the best customer service I have ever gotten. I didn't worry after he left if I had just been taken advantage of.
