Called office and requested tune-up on 2 A/C units, afternoon appointment. They called at 10.30am saying they were on way. I told them I had requested afternoon appoint but could be there in 30 min. They said they would be back at 1pm. They arrived 5.45pm, asked if filters were clean, put 1.5lbs of freon in each unit then gave me a bill for $154.95. Didn't even come in house to check anything. Still don't know if my units are working correctly but do know I will never call them again. Have also posted a "no recommend" on our company website so co-workers know.

We are sorry you had an unpleasant experience. Our goal is to satisfy every customer every time. Clearly, there was a communication error because we only schedule calls before 12:00 and after 12:00.
