Heritage arrived precisely when they said they would. The problem with my heat and hot water issues were diagnosed quickly. Once the ignition switch was located the installation was under an hour. The cleanliness, knowledge and complete service was highly appreciated. I will definitely call Heritage again for any plumbing or heating issues. more

Plumbing Hookup 11/1/2015

We recently had Floyd from Heritage PHCE do the new sink plumbing in 2 bathrooms . We were very pleased with his installation work and his professionalism .Everything was done as scheduled and he left with everything cleaned and spotless . Brian came to my home for an emergency furnace repair. He explained everything in detail so I could understand why my furnace failed and what needed to be done. He was so knowledgeable that I was confident in his abilities to provide the service needed. more

Furnace service 10/30/2015

This is my second experience with Heritage this month, different house. The first experience was very positive. The second experience was just as great as the first. They arrived promptly. Provided clear and concise explanation of findings and repair cost. The repairs were completed during the same visit.They have a fully equipped service vehicle saving the need to schedule another visit.The area was clean when they were done. more

Josh was excellent to work with. He has a very outgoing personality and very efficient. He had to stay late but never complained and never lost his cheerfulness. He came in diagnosed the problem and stayed until it was corrected. This is the second time we have used Heritage Plumbing it both times it was an excellent experience. more

New boiler install 10/28/2015

Our technician, Jim L., was very knowledgeable, dependable, friendly, and thorough. He did a great job of installing our boiler in a reasonable amount of time. He showed up when promised and even called to let us know when he was on his way to our house. He and his staff obtained all necessary permits for us and communicated installation progress with town code/fire inspectors. After finishing the installation, he an his staff explained everything we needed to know about the unit. I would highly recommend this company and its staff. more

Rodney S. is the best! 10/26/2015

For the second year we had Rodney come and do our furnace preventive maintenance. It was because of Rodney's great service and expertise that we contracted for the prepaid preventive maintenance program last year. We had been dealing with a company that just never met the mark and always had to make two visits to correct a mistake they had made during the initial service call. I had used Heritage in the past in another house and decided to call them again. Rodney showed up and what a difference dealing with a real professional with extensive knowledge of all aspects of our heating system. I was so impressed that we asked for him to return to do this years service. We have a 2 family house and need double service. We had a mysterious problem with one of the furnaces that two companies and four service people could not solve. Rodney found the problem and saved us another year of night and weekend service calls for the furnace malfunctioning. I highly recommend both him and the gracious service we have always gotten when we have called the office. Thank you Rodney! You're the best! Two thumbs up! more

replacing a new boiler 10/26/2015

The boys did a very good job replacing my boiler, they were efficient and courteous. Jim walked me through all of the parts of the boiler and replaced my thermostast I would highly recommend Heritage for any plumbing and heating needs more

Heating and AC install 10/25/2015

Just wanted to say thanks to the team at Heritage. Dexter for spending the time sizing up my heating and cooling replacement needs. Nate W. and Dan P. for there professional and neat install. Everyone was polite and courteous. This was a two day install in my attic for heat, and outside for the compressor unit. They made sure they cleaned up after they were done. I will ask for Nate and Dan by name for future service needs. Thanks guys! more

He explained the issues very clearly, proposed possible solutions and corrected duct work issues the same day!
