Dennis called first and showed up on time and completed the repairs quickly. He explained the repair procedure and talked me through an ops check of my plumbing system before departing. Dennis is friendly and professional. more

Zachary H was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He gave great suggestions and advice without being a salesman. Took questions very well and took time to answer all questions thoroughly. I've had this problem since April 2015. My plumber couldn't seem to locate problem since it would work at times. And, he was here many times. Bill, along with Jamie, did a thorough and professional inspection and found the problem. Also, Jamie took the time to explain how this heating system works. I will be changing to Heritage due to their professionalism and resolve of Bill and Jamie! Thank you more

had two new toilets installed yesterday by David P. - I must say he was professional and pleasant - he did excellent work, taking the time to go over everything with me - he was quick and efficient - he arrived on time and worked methodically until the job was perfectly completed - his experience and expertise were evident in the manner in which he reviewed all the elements of the task before systematically performing each step fully and precisely - he was friendly without being intrusive - he left my home clean and neat without a trace of evidence of him having been there more

I can always count of Heritage for all my plumbing and heating concerns. I have used them on many occasions. Today, Derek S took care of a leak under my sink. Prompt and Reliable 10/13/2015

We had a leak in a dishwasher hose; inconvenient! We were able to get a replacement done by Dennis of Heritage the next day. The service was prompt and efficient. Dennis explained everything before beginning the work. Good customer service. more
