Awesome service 7/22/2015

We have been having issues with our AC since it was installed. Finally we got a tech, Zach, who too the time and found the issues and corrected them. He was patient and answered all of our questions. Great service!!! more

Technician was on time, curtious, friendly and knowledgeable and notified us of an upcoming issue with our heating system. Quoted us a price which we feel is fair and told us we can schedule the repair at our convenience. We have been a satisfied customer for many years and depend on Heritage for all our plumbing and heating needs. We will continue to recommend Heirtage to anyone in need of service. Thank you more

Water Leak - Preventative work 7/19/2015

Called Heritage. Dennis P responded to water pipe leak. Leak was near pressure tank and jet pump and associated plumbing. Tank was 12 years old. Pump was 19 years old. Dennis provided options on repairs and replacements based on age of existing items. Pricey, but now have new holding tank and jet pump and peace of mind that these will not be issues that come up at the wrong time (when is there ever a good time for plumbing issues). All in all, competent work performed in timely manner. more

Scam 7/16/2015

Matt came by for a yearly maintenance on my a/c. My a/c worked beautifully and was cold upon this service call. He tried selling me a bunch of things for my a/c unit. I declined seeing it was not necessary and I had no problems. After he left I went to turn my a/c on and it all of the sudden stopped working. Clearly this was intentional seeing I passed on products. Buyer beware! Heritage plumbing and heating is not a trustworthy business! more

Great Service 7/16/2015

Dennis from Heritage did an excellent job fixing a leak in a very tight spot that involved a lot of troubleshooting. The building I live in has very old brass pipes, which are difficult to work with. Dennis methodically approached the problem and fixed it perfectly. He also left my house spotless! more

Bathroom Repair 7/15/2015

I called to have a broken flange repaired. I expected a huge expense, thinking the whole pipe had to be replaced and we were going to loose our newly installed tile floor. Floyd was able to take care of it without doing all that, saving us money and stress! He was very courteous, informative and left no mess behind. We had rain on that day and he made sure to wear shoe covers that I very much appreciated.Very much a professional, I would have him back for more repairs any time. more

Toilet Reset 7/10/2015

Used Heritage (Floyd D.) to reset a toilet that needed to be reattached to an old busted cast iron flange. Floyd was proffesional in his consultation, advice and recommendations laying out the options and cost before starting the work. He addressed the problem quickly and efficiently and povided some helpful info for me regarding other plumbing issues that may arise down the road. This is the second time I have used Heritage and I am once again pleased with the experience. more
