Review content:
For the second year we had Rodney come and do our furnace preventive maintenance. It was because of Rodney's great service and expertise that we contracted for the prepaid preventive maintenance program last year. We had been dealing with a company that just never met the mark and always had to make two visits to correct a mistake they had made during the initial service call. I had used Heritage in the past in another house and decided to call them again. Rodney showed up and what a difference dealing with a real professional with extensive knowledge of all aspects of our heating system. I was so impressed that we asked for him to return to do this years service. We have a 2 family house and need double service. We had a mysterious problem with one of the furnaces that two companies and four service people could not solve. Rodney found the problem and saved us another year of night and weekend service calls for the furnace malfunctioning. I highly recommend both him and the gracious service we have always gotten when we have called the office. Thank you Rodney! You're the best! Two thumbs up!
