excellent service and exemplary professionalism 7/10/2015

Ben P installed a new kitchen faucet, disposal unit and hot water heater. He arrived on time, wasted no time in assessing and estimating what was needed and cost options. He was professional and advised us periodically on progress of the work. He was efficient and cleaned the work space before finishing the job. After completion, he gave us instructions on the operation of the newly installed units. We couldn't ask for better service!! Thank you Heritage for sending us Ben P. His work is exceptional! more

Bill L - service date 07.09.15 7/10/2015

I called Heritage in the morning to schedule an appointment for my central AC which had stopped working. That same day,Bill L was able to make the appointment earlier than the time provided initially by the office. He found the problem quickly, showed me what the problem was, explained everything clearly and fixed it promptly. Bill was great, my dogs liked him too! The service from Bill L and Heritage is levels above satisfactory. 5 stars! more

Great Service 7/10/2015

Jeremy is very nice and professional. He did a through inspection of my A/C unit that was not working properly and assessed the situation. He presented me with 4 options of what needed to be fixed and we chose and option that will hopefully extend the life of my 14 year old unit for another year (or two). more

Annual maintenace of ductless AC units 7/9/2015

Matt was on time, very polite and very professional. He was knowledgeable and thorough. he worked efficiently and took care when going in and out of the house to make sure that the cats did not run out. we would recommend him to anyone. more

My husband and I want to thank Heritage and Leigh very, very much for the outstanding work he performed at our home this week. We had a Central Air system installed 5 years ago (by another company) and have been extremely disappointed in it since they day of the Install. After many , many attempts to have the system corrected by the original company, and more damage to our home than corrections- We had finally had enough a few weeks ago- We called Heritage, Leigh came to the rescue and honestly - the system has never worked so well- We just can't thank Leigh and Heritage enough. Great service 10/14/2013

My water heater died. I called Heritage Plumbing, and they came out on Saturday afternoon. Their service tech, Eric R., who was friendly and knowledgeable, was able to get a brand new one installed for me that same day. Eric and Heritage Plumbing saved the day, and now I have hot water again! The company was easy to work with, and Eric, their service tech, did a great job. more

Rich arrived on time, assessed the situation, came up with an accurate estimate and took the extra time to figure out the best way to complete the job. He was very meticulous with his work, got all of the supplies the day before, and explained how the system worked. I appreciated his thoroughness and attention to detail! more
