Great service by Technician Jose. Arrived on time, and spent at least 3 hours thorough cleaning the carpets in each room. Company offered coupon deal for 3 rooms at fixed price. . We hired carpet cleaning service from another vendor a year ago and it was a complete farse. Spent only 30 minutes only and charged a fortune for what I could have done myself. We definately recommend Haines & Cross carpet cleaning service. more

Carpet cleaning at its best! 3/14/2014

We had our upstairs bedrooms, hallway and carpeted stairs going down to the first floor cleaned. We set up the appointment by calling their office and arranging a time convenient to us. Two workers showed up on time and did their work quickly and efficiently. Very pleasant workers, easy office staff for appointment, work done well, including spots we requested be removed. The big staircase carpeted treads, going from the second floor to the first, stayed damp for three days, and they left booties for us to use. We have used Haines and Cross before and will use them again. more

Cleaning, binding, reweaving 3/11/2014

Prior to a move to a new home, we had Haines and Cross clean six carpets (four wool, two oriental) which they had cleaned before for us. First the cleaning was exceptional as before. Done in a timely fashion and stored longer than I am sure they wanted to, but great customer help in doing so. The crowning glory was the reweaving of a hand knotted wool carpet to fit the room size of our new living situation. We were worried that the rewoven side could never be as good as the original and would have to hide it in some way. Little did we know. It is as good as the original. Needless to say, we can recommend Haines and Cross highly. If price is your only consideration (although they gave us a break here) then they may be a bit more expensive. But they are so for a reason. They do excellent work. So if quality is your concern, do give them a try. They are good--very good indeed. more

Worth the price! 2/22/2014

The service is admittedly high priced...but unlike lower priced competitors, H&C gets the job done. I had the carpeting cleaned twice before, but the stains ( from earlier renters) were still very visible. They are now gone! more

Haines and Cross is always reliable and on-time. Their service representatives are professional and courteous; I feel comfortable having them in my home. Their cleaning services are varied and high quality. They can clean carpets, area rugs, upholstery and wood and stone floors. I am always happy with the quality of their work. more

The carpet, couches, and chairs all look like new. They got the worst of stains out. We have used H&C many times and it's always great service and the people are the best. Highly recommend H&C to anyone. more

We'd been very disappointed with other carpet cleaning companies. After a party for 50 which left the carpets looking like elephants had trampled them, I had Haines and Cross come. The carpets looks phenomenal, really like new again. more

Best Customer service- crisis- 1st visit 10/19/2013

Several years ago, 2 days before Thanksgiving, our painter was coming down the stairs (carpeted) when the can of paint slipped from his hand, and there was paint on the walls, landing and carpeted stairs. Yes, we were terrified. I immediately started calling carpet cleaners. Eric, owner of Haines and Croft answered and said, "wet every rag, towel or whatever and keep the area's covered, and I'll be there in one hour". He was here in thirty minutes, and within an 1 1/2 hours the walls, and stairs were clean, ready for guests arrival the following day. And yes, I've used their services ever since. Cleaning a many-spotted white carpet iwas a challenge well met by the guys at Haines and Cross. They helped me move furniture and did a splendid job on the rug, and left me with the best spot remover I have ever encountered, their Home Pro Spotter. That alone is worth 10 stars when it comes to pet spots! Great service more

Excellent service, excellent people doing the service 9/4/2013

Everyone involved did great work. I had my wood floors cleaned, my grout cleaned and my rugs cleaned. Everything was done beautifully. All my floors look like new! Plus the people involved were very helpful and just really nice people to work with. I'll definitely be calling Haines and Cross again and again and referring them to anyone who needs their services. more
