We had our upstairs bedrooms, hallway and carpeted stairs going down to the first floor cleaned. We set up the appointment by calling their office and arranging a time convenient to us. Two workers showed up on time and did their work quickly and efficiently. Very pleasant workers, easy office staff for appointment, work done well, including spots we requested be removed. The big staircase carpeted treads, going from the second floor to the first, stayed damp for three days, and they left booties for us to use. We have used Haines and Cross before and will use them again.
