I live in Macon, GA and made the drive to Atlanta to buy a car because our local dealer stinks. Global had 1 car we were interested in and we called and told them we were on the way to buy it. The salesperson told us he'd hold it for us so we hit the road. They sold the car while we were on the way and when the got there the salesperson wouldn't even tell us himself. He had another salesperson tell us the news. Very rude! \r \r All is well that ends well. We went to Global because it was a little closer but Gwinnett BMW ended up having several cars for us to choose from and they even beat the pricing we got at Global. We love our car and we're glad we were able to find a reputable dealer to work with, not one that will say anything to get you in the door and then not hold true to their word. more

The right dealership 5/8/2012

I have NEVER had a good experience buying a car -- until my experience with Global Imports. I can't figure out how Pete Drexler could be so responsive to me with so many other clients needing his attention, but he was the key to making me feel comfortable with the process and decision. Even after the sale, he kept up with what I needed. I was late getting to the dealership to finalize the paperwork, but the Finance guy stayed late to accommodate me - and he didn't rush me. What a difference a dealership makes! I never cared about owning a BMW, but when I saw how much my husband loved his new car and how responsive Pete was to his needs, I decided to look at what BMW had for me. I had no intention of buying a new car this year. Then I met Pete and took a test drive, and a week later I drove my new car home. Global Imports is the poster company for caring, cordial, and competent customer service. more

The best! 5/1/2012

The purchase of my new 2011 335i sedan was one of the easiest buying experiences I've had. Rob Z. was an exceptional sales consultant and met my needs exactly. I utilized the online vehicle inventory on the Global Imports website to select the car before going to the dealership. Once I was arrived at the dealership from the start I felt welcomed and valued as a customer. It took a few days to make the decision to purchase and along the way Rob was communicative, proactive, and accommodating of any needs I had. Even after I made the purchase, Rob, and others I worked with at the dealership, made sure that everything was as I expected. It was truly a great buying experience and I will continue to use Global as my primary dealership and recommend anyone interested in a BMW to Global for their future purchases. more

Gave them a few opportunities (I guess I shouldn't have) have to take my car for service again, of course not going back this time!!! Think twice I you want to go there! Amazing 1/10/2012

The car is amazing. I love it. People comment on it all the time, the larger countryman was exactly what I wanted and it has not disappointed at all. I like the extra room, the four doors and continuance of the same motoring experience. I look forward to driving it for the next 5 years at least. more
