The purchase of my new 2011 335i sedan was one of the easiest buying experiences I've had. Rob Z. was an exceptional sales consultant and met my needs exactly. I utilized the online vehicle inventory on the Global Imports website to select the car before going to the dealership. Once I was arrived at the dealership from the start I felt welcomed and valued as a customer. It took a few days to make the decision to purchase and along the way Rob was communicative, proactive, and accommodating of any needs I had. Even after I made the purchase, Rob, and others I worked with at the dealership, made sure that everything was as I expected. It was truly a great buying experience and I will continue to use Global as my primary dealership and recommend anyone interested in a BMW to Global for their future purchases.
