I have NEVER had a good experience buying a car -- until my experience with Global Imports. I can't figure out how Pete Drexler could be so responsive to me with so many other clients needing his attention, but he was the key to making me feel comfortable with the process and decision. Even after the sale, he kept up with what I needed. I was late getting to the dealership to finalize the paperwork, but the Finance guy stayed late to accommodate me - and he didn't rush me. What a difference a dealership makes! I never cared about owning a BMW, but when I saw how much my husband loved his new car and how responsive Pete was to his needs, I decided to look at what BMW had for me. I had no intention of buying a new car this year. Then I met Pete and took a test drive, and a week later I drove my new car home. Global Imports is the poster company for caring, cordial, and competent customer service.
