Worst

First service person put a new part on furnace and then changed thermostat. He was here for 4 hours and then said he would bring somebody else back with him the following morning...

meets or exceeds expectations 1/3/2017

Furnace went out over weekend. Upon a cancellation from another customer, we got bumped ahead to a Tues morning installation. So, hard to complain about that after relying on space heaters in sub zero temps a week before Christmas. more

Great company 1/3/2017

I have used Getzschman heating and air for years. They have always been fair and honest with me. They always put on shoe covers and treat my house like their own. I would highly recommend them. more

Great Service and maintenance since i purchased my furnance from them less than a year ago. 11/7/2016

As always great service. But I am having a hard time understanding the term 2 years use and you either love the unit or turn it in for a total refund. Under this I assume that I have some responsibility for maintanince and upkeep, but I didn't think that i was responsible for all of it. I understand that there is a service call when you come to my place on a service call, but I would like to know whet else I am responsible going forward for the next year plus of the 2 years program under which I bought my unit, mainly because I have a problem with my unit heating properly. So if I could have this information I could make a better determination as to what I am going to do about the unit, (under the terms use it or return it) under which I purchased my unit. Totally satisifed 10/27/2016

The main drawback is last summer I had to call for an appt. for my summer check up, I waited until July for someone to call me but no one did. I thought since I had the service agreement that they would automatically set it up. When I did finally call I could not get someone for about 3 weeks, my feeling was since I had paid for the SA that I would have priority. They explained they had been really busy but if you are a regular customer with an SA you should to the front of the line. more

We couldn't be more pleased with our G-Force experience!! Corey came to our home to analyze the units we had and in the process, discovered that we did not have enough cold air returns -- so in addition to proposing a new furnace and a/c for our home, additional duct work was done to allow our new units to work more efficiently. Russ and Steve were very efficient and careful when removing the old units and installing the new units. They were very thorough and tidy. After a couple of weeks, we discovered a small issue that required a callback and within 30 minutes of calling, Jimmy arrived to resolve the issue. We are confident that we now have units that will give us comfort for many years to come. If you desire a fair, honest and efficient HVAC contractor, Getzschman is the BEST!!! You won't be sorry you called Getzschman. more

Annual Fall Service 10/23/2016

i've been with Getzchman for several years and have always had great service. The Tech's are friendly and do a thorough job. They event wear booties on their feet to ensure they do not track dirt into your house. Would recommend to anyone. more

Excellent experience! The Getzschman team did an outstanding job at a reasonable price!! 10/22/2016

Our A/C unit had frozen up in June, we called another service provider. The upsell pressure to rebuild/replace a 14 year old unit was ridiculous. We had some minor repairs mad and it ran fine for 2+ months. It failed again completely in September, I called Getzschman, explained this situation and they came out evaluated the unit and recommended replacement, however, the Getzschman team was NOT high pressure, willing to listen to what we wanted to do and we were able to quickly agree on a replacement model at a reasonable price. They installed the unit the next morning and within about 4 hours we were back in business. The professionalism, approach and customer focus Getzschman employs are all qualities that many businesses could/should learn from and use. We'll use Getzschman for all of our services going forward!! more

Biannual maintenance check 10/22/2016

I have used Getzschman for over 12 years now. They provided service calls on an older heating/cooling system until replaced about 5 years ago. I have them perform a service check in the spring for cooling and fall for heating and haven't had a worry between since the replacements. The service providers are consistently courteous and complete the call in a timely manner. more
