As always great service. But I am having a hard time understanding the term 2 years use and you either love the unit or turn it in for a total refund. Under this I assume that I have some responsibility for maintanince and upkeep, but I didn't think that i was responsible for all of it. I understand that there is a service call when you come to my place on a service call, but I would like to know whet else I am responsible going forward for the next year plus of the 2 years program under which I bought my unit, mainly because I have a problem with my unit heating properly. So if I could have this information I could make a better determination as to what I am going to do about the unit, (under the terms use it or return it) under which I purchased my unit.
