Worst

First service person put a new part on furnace and then changed thermostat. He was here for 4 hours and then said he would bring somebody else back with him the following morning...

A Positive Experience 10/5/2016

I know about Getzschman Heating because they are a well known company in the area. This was my first experience with the company and they did a professional job installing for me a new central air conditioning and furnace unit inside of my home. I thought the prices were very good. Later on this week a technician is coming out to check up on the unit to make sure it's functioning at its optimal level. Potential customers should know that Getzschman Heating has a competent staff that does exactly what they say they're going to do. more

Corey was awesome 9/28/2016

I really liked Corey the sales guy that came out to my home from Getzschman Heating. I had gotten three quotes done and Corey was by far the best presenter of the three. He was able to get me a quote before he even left my house where I had to wait for about a week for the other guys to get back to me. Corey was just really great and the installers were as well. They were very polite and professional and they got the job done in a timely manner. It was just a very pleasant experience dealing with Getzschman Heating and I would recommend them to anyone. more

Quick Service 9/26/2016

My husband knew about Getzschman Heating from his employer. However, there was a hail storm and I needed my AC unit to be replaced with a new one. The company provided us with quick service; for instance, the estimate and installment took only a week to complete. I thought the prices were pretty on target plus the insurance company seemed to honor Getzschman Heating quote. I would recommend this company to others. more

I Had A Positive Experience 8/23/2016

Getzschman Heating replaced the old AC and heating unit. We've used them before on the old unit for maintenance. The technicians are quick, good and honest. Prices are comparable and it's an investment so it will pays off in the end. I would recommend this company to other people. more

I would do it again if I could, they did a great job! 7/5/2016

Getzschman Heating came in and installed a new heating and cooling unit in our home and everything turned out perfectly. The person who installed it knew what he was doing and I've already recommended them to a friend, who is getting a new HVAC unit installed soon. Before choosing Getzschman Heating, I had called another company and their prices were very high. They also didn't explain the rebates to us and we thought Getzschman did a much better job at giving us a detailed explanation. I'm happy we chose them and I can't say enough nice things about their company. more

I will keep calling them 7/1/2016

I've been using Getzschman Heating for almost two years, and the servicemen have been really good. They've shown up on time, they are very clean, and they have done what they said they would do. The most recent service was the installation of a new air conditioner--their brand--and it cools. The price I felt was OK, and comparable to others. The last AC I installed was on the main floor of house and cost about $5,000, but it was a bigger unit. more

Well everything was very well done, the service was well done the installers were very polite and worked very quickly and it really was a pleasure doing business with Getzschman Heating. They installed both air conditioning and heating units for me and everything went as expected. I would use them again and I have already recommended them to others. more

Great service and experience. 6/28/2016

I have been using Getzschman Heating on contract for about 7 or 8 years now and I have never been unhappy with the service or the folks they have come out to the house. They usually come out once or twice a year to provide maintenance to all the units I have and I also have them come out when I have something go wrong and they are always prompt to respond. I would definitely recommend them. more

Excellent service from friendly workmen 6/23/2016

We've been with Getzschman Heating for 14 years and they are excellent with the service. They always come when called, and they try to get the problem identified and fixed. Jeff is one of the bigger manager-type people, and he has been really good. Recently they put in a new AC and furnace, and the installers were excellent. They were on time and cleaned up along the way. They are just very caring. more

Great service and workers. 6/21/2016

Getzschman Heating has been just fine for us, they generally just do servicing on our air and heating units in our home. First off, it is pretty easy to get them to come out and they are willing to work around your schedule, when they set a time they have been true to their word and show up at the time we were expecting them. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and very polite and courteous as well, I would recommend them to anyone looking for solid seasonal maintenance. more

They are very fair and care about they are doing 6/17/2016

I've had Getzschman Heating for many years and have never had a bad experience ever. They are just trustworthy, they are nice to my dogs, and they are very polite and pretty personable for the most part. They always insist on wearing covers on their shoes. When I tell them that they don't have to, they say yes--we have to wear the covers. They are very good at what they do and everything goes smoothly. I left three of them here by themselves and felt totally fine about that. They installed two Getzschman-brand air conditioners and also two furnaces, and I found their prices to be fair. more

Great install. 6/13/2016

The work Getzschman Heating did was install a new furnace and AC system. I guess it was how proficient they were at the installation. It was obvious that they had done many of these installations in the past. Also cleanup afterwards was a breeze, not a thing left out of place. They showed up on time and I couldn't have been happier. Five stars all the way around. more

Getzschman Heating came out and cleaned all of our ducts and put in both a new AC unit and furnace. The results are good. The technicians were very friendly and considerate. They did a really good job. Fair prices as well. I had a nice experience with Getzschman Heating. more

Great service and workers. 5/23/2016

Well Getzschman Heating was very courteous and they even apologize for being about 5 minutes late in the morning and that was nothing because the highway was very backed up. We couldn't have been happier with the service, they installed the new heating and air units with no trouble at all. They were prompt as well, they gave us the estimate on Friday and they had it in on Tuesday. They also went out of their way to clean up well, we were just very happy with them. more

We Love Them! 5/18/2016

Getzschman Heating came out to install a new AC unit. The customer service was unbelievable. Corey sold us the unit and he knew everything about the product. He informed us on how the the product will operate - what to expect and what the maintenance would entail. A previous company told us that we would need to replace our heating unit and Corey informed us that that wouldn't be necessary. He saved us money in the long run. Prices are fair. I can't say enough good things about this company; if you're looking for a trustworthy company with knowledgeable competent employees contact Getzschman Heating! more

Totally satisfying; a company you can trust and rely on 5/13/2016

I have been a long time customer and I would recommend Getzschman Heating to anybody. They are reliable, friendly people I trust. A week ago they installed a new G-Force air conditioning and furnace unit. So far, so good. The installation and those two guys were great. And, the price was great. I saved over $3,300 by buying at this time of year, and I was very happy and very pleased with it. more
