The main drawback is last summer I had to call for an appt. for my summer check up, I waited until July for someone to call me but no one did. I thought since I had the service agreement that they would automatically set it up. When I did finally call I could not get someone for about 3 weeks, my feeling was since I had paid for the SA that I would have priority. They explained they had been really busy but if you are a regular customer with an SA you should to the front of the line.
