Worst

First service person put a new part on furnace and then changed thermostat. He was here for 4 hours and then said he would bring somebody else back with him the following morning...

My experience with Getzschman Heating was good. Both the service and the experience overall went well. They installed a new heating system for me. The prices were expensive, but comparable to what other businesses charge. The technician who did the installation was professional and thorough. He arrived on time, and did a good job with the installation. He explained the unit and it's operation thoroughly. I am happy with it so far. more

Prompt, efficient, and pleasant service. 12/9/2015

We have used Getzschman Heating for 21 years and have always been satisfied. They come for annual checkups, and recently they found cracks in both our furnaces. They came out and took them that night, and by the next morning we had a new furnace. It was fast, wonderful service. They did the first one on Friday and came back on Monday to put the other one in. The technician came out at 8:45 at night- he was on his way home and had been in the area- and he went out of his way to help us out. The serviceman who does our annual checkup is wonderful too. They both acted quickly when they found a problem. I have always been pleased with them, and it just shows that they step up to the front. We have stayed with them for 21 years because you can always count on them coming when they say they are going to be here. They come, do the job, and stand behind you in an emergency. more

Very professional. 11/30/2015

Getzschman Heating had come on a Saturday to look at our furnace, and found an issue with it. They returned Monday to replace it and install a new AC system. Our main concern had been timeliness and they were able to get the work done efficiently in one day. The techs were very professional. They showed up on time, explained their work, and showed us how to operate the units properly. We have had no issues with their work or the systems. They are under a service warranty in case there are any issues and we need their help. The price we paid was good. more

I wouldn't look anywhere else. 11/17/2015

Getzschman Heating has been servicing our heating units for a couple of years. They have done everything from installation to maintenance and replacements. They are amazing at everything.They are professional, polite, and friendly. Getting service is never a problem because they are so responsive. I have never had any issues with the products they use or their workmanship. The techs always explain their process or any issues so we know what to avoid. They will also give us tips and recommendations on the care and maintenance of our system. I have no complaints about their prices which have always been reasonable. more

Great job. 11/12/2015

Getzschman Heating installed a new furnace in our home. It was an easy process, from booking the appointment to the installation. They did everything the way they said they would, which I really liked. The workmen were clean and timely. While in my home they were very pleasant, and they cleaned up after themselves when they finished their work. Overall they did a great job. So far we have had no problems with the furnace, but a one year warranty was included with basic maintenance and care in case there are any issues. Just recently we had an LPD home inspection, and even the inspector commented on what a great job Getzschman had done on our furnace installation. more

It was very clear what I was buying, why I should buy it, and what I received 10/23/2015

Very pleasant first experience with Getzschman Heating. The salesperson who helped me out was friendly and the guys who came to install my furnace, ac unit, and humidifier were very personable. They did a nice job of installing everything and keeping everything looking neat and clean after they were done. Pricing was expensive but I'm not really an expert on how much services like these go for. If I had any issues with my units, I would go back to Getzschman Heating. more

Getzschmann was very responsive and easy to deal with 10/16/2015

I knew about Getzschmann through my mother and went to them to install a furnace and air conditioner. Customer service overall was great; they were very responsive and the guys who came completed the job really quickly. Their prices, compared to their competitors, are incredible. We had two bids and Getzschmann offered a price that was considerably lower, almost $7000 less than the other bid! The reason I'm not giving them a full five stars though is that I didn't hear back from the salesman right after the installation or even awhile after we had the furnace and air conditioner. I just expected to hear from him on how the experience went and what we thought. Overall, though, I am happy with how everything turned out and I would most definitely go back to them again! more

Very pleased. 10/12/2015

This was my first experience with Getzschman Heating. They installed a new furnace and AC unit for me. The two gentleman who came were very courteous, polite, and helpful. I was particularly impressed by their ability to get everything in on time, and how well they were able to clean up. They seemed very knowledgeable and explained everything well. They told me they would be coming back in about six months to put in a new filter and check my furnace. I was very pleased with them. I would recommend Getzschman Heating to my friends and relatives, and I would also choose them again. more

Glad to be a customer 9/22/2015

I have had a very good experience with Getzschman Heating. After my mother bought a new furnace with them, I thought I would give them a try. They performed general maintenance on my furnace and air conditioner, and even took away my old window unit. The technicians were very courteous and always wore their booties to keep the house clean. I was so pleased with their service that I scheduled regular maintenance service twice a year. I recommend Getzschman Heating for great service and wonderful prices. more

They made sure they knew what they were doing when they did the installation, and made extra effort to not make a mess or leave a mess. more

This was the first time I used Getzschman Heating. I chose their service over competitors because of the level of professionalism. They were slightly more expensive, but worth it. The technicians installed a new furnace in the basement, cleaned well, and did a really nice job. I would recommend their service. more

We had Getzschman Heating clean up our duct work. First of all, they came on time! They explained everything they were going to do. They gave me a timeframe on how long it would take and they worked within that timeframe. When they completed the work, they showed me what they collected and they cleaned up when they were done! The price was also very, very reasonable. more

Without a doubt, I would highly recommend Getzschman Heating. My air conditioning was out so I needed a total new system put in, and they were very quick and prompt about getting everything done. We have a newborn baby too, so they turned around and got the new system installed the day right after they gave us an estimate. I really appreciated that. Now everything is working fantastically, and I love it. I couldn't be happier with their service. more
