Worst

First service person put a new part on furnace and then changed thermostat. He was here for 4 hours and then said he would bring somebody else back with him the following morning...

We have used Getzschman Heating since 2003. They have always been prompt. They also tell us the truth on what we need or don't need. They always fix the problem and answer my questions thoroughly. I highly recommend them. more

Wonderful Experience. 6/24/2015

We had a wonderful experience with Getzschman Heating. They installed a G-Force furnace and air-conditioner with WiFi capabilities for us. Their technician actually arrived a little early to perform the installation. Everything was explained to us and it has been running very smoothly ever since. We wish we had done it earlier. more

Excellent 6/17/2015

We have been members of Getzschman Heating since 2003. We originally purchased a heat pump and furnace from the company and recently hired them again when we replaced the heat pump with a G-Force air conditioner. While they were making the service call, they offered to install an air scrubber which has significantly helped my family members with allergies. The company is dependable, faithful, and holds a membership to the G-Force Club. They are a little more expensive than the competition, but they offer excellent service and lifetime warranties on their work. Whenever we need service, they are here for us. If you want dependable service at a critical time, you ought to join the G-Force Club with Getzschman Heating. more

If I had to do it again, I would call Getzschman Heating again 6/15/2015

Getzschman Heating sent two technicians, Steve and Jeff, to our home to replace our heater and air conditioner. They were very friendly and I was impressed with the unbelievable efficiency with which they worked. The pricing was fair and we are very happy with the services provided by Getzschman Heating. more

Getzschman Heating will get it done 5/28/2015

We bought a new house and the previous owner had kept a cat and dog to which some members of my family were allergic. Getzschman Heating did a thorough duct cleaning to resolve the issue. Not only was the company able to work with my schedule, but the technicians were professional and helpful. Most importantly, no one in my family has had any allergy problems since. I heartily recommend Getzschman Heating for any of your heating and cooling needs. You really can trust them with your keys. more

Good Services and Good Prices! 5/18/2015

I have been using Getzschman Heating for the past five years on and off and they're great. The staff is really friendly and really responsive and they have good products and great service. For years, they just came to repair my system, but recently I bought a new air conditioner and a furnace from them. The installation went great and I couldn't be happier. The prices were competitive and I highly recommend them! more

We have been customers of Getzschman Heating for a while now, and they are always on time, polite, and they always know what they're doing. They were very helpful with showing us what they had in terms of furnaces, and were happy to answer any questions. Most recently, we had a furnace and AC unit installed, and it turned out perfect. The installers were friendly, and they explained everything after it was installed. We have had no problems! more

Quality customer service 4/21/2015

We have been customers of Getzschman Heating for years now. They keep up with maintenance of our air-conditioner, and just recently fixed our thermostat. They are always prompt, and they really seem to care about their customers. They found a way to fix our thermostat so that it is more energy efficient and saves our electricity. Also, someone always answers the phone when I call. They're polite, friendly, and clean up after themselves. more

Getzschman Heating helped us clean our gutters. They were good about explaining the work as they did it. I liked how they kept us informed. They even put on shoe covers before coming in our house which was very polite. more

I have been very happy. 3/4/2015

I heard about Getzschman Heating through a radio advertisement. Everything about it was positive. We had a major defect in our heating system and they did a great job fixing it. They handled the paperwork well and even cleaned up after themselves. The sales person was helpful as well. It was a situation we needed to get it done because it gets really cold out here. I am very happy with them. more

Timely and good work 3/2/2015

Getzschman Heating was able to install my furnace the next day after I called them. The amount of time it took them to install the furnace was reasonable, only about half a day.They cleaned up after themselves. I was exceptionally surprised to see what a good job they did with the installation itself. Basically, everything went very well. more

Very Pleasant Experience. 2/27/2015

I have been working with Getzschman Heating since 2006. They come out twice a year to check on my furnace. Whenever something comes up, I call them, and they show up immediately. I am really impressed with the quality of their work and professionalism of their staff. They do everything they say they will, and they do it right the first time. I would recommend their service. more

People that I trust! 2/13/2015

Getzschman Heating is always willing to work with me and fix things the way I need them. I have had odd situations with my old furnace and boiler, and they were equipped to handle all that. They're going to redo the vent because of the toxicity close to my deck, so I'm still waiting for that, but they are always just willing to make me happy! I have had problems with the equipment like the heat pump in the past, but Scott Getzschman himself came down and got it worked out! The people that work for them are also just very, very nice and trustworthy! A couple of them putting in a new furnace found some of my values I had hidden and forgot about, and they brought it right upstairs to me! more

Would highly recommend to others 1/30/2015

Getzschman Heating installed a heating pump and air-conditioner in my home. Both work great. They explained all the work they were doing, and they did it right the first time. They even showed me how to use the thermostat. The prices were very compatible. I would recommend them to family and friends. In fact, my parents used them to install a thermostat after they saw what I did. more

Prompt, Efficient, and Professional! 1/30/2015

We have been using Getzschman Heating for over ten years and the service was great then and still great now. On their most recent time in our home, we hired them when our furnace went out in the dead of winter. Although we had called them to have the furnace simply checked, they realized that since it was old it would need to be replaced. The installation went smoothly and everything is working now. The pricing was competitive, but I really doubt you could find a place with lower costs and with the same level of quality as Getzschman. They are very reliable and stand behind the work they do; I couldn't speak more highly of them and would recommend them in a heartbeat. Our city inspector, who had to come and inspect the furnace, even recommends Getzschman. more
